What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday 9am – 7pm.

Is Century Crest regulated by any authority?
We are regulated by the Financial Service Authority, number 486800.

How long does it take to get a quote?
We can usually quote customers within 2 minutes. More complex query may require us to visit your premises to satisfy the insurer’s requirements.

How long is quote valid for?
A quote is usually valid for 30 days.

Who underwrites your policies?
Century Crest only uses vetted insurance companies, which usually are major leading or specialist companies.

I have received my policy, but there some mistakes?
Please ring or e-mail us ASAP as the smallest mistake could cause your policy to void.

I need to claim on my policy?
Please ring Century Crest ASAP, depending of the size of the claim we will inform you of the next steps.

How can I pay for my policy?
There are a number of ways to pay for your insurance policy such as cheque, credit/debit card and monthly direct debits.

Will my quote include Insurance Premium Tax?
All quotes we provide include Insurance Premium Tax or IPT.
